European stock markets rebound at open

LONDON: Europe's main stock markets rebounded at the start of trading on Friday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.3 percent at 7,439.49 points.

In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 index climbed 0.4 percent to 12,746.05 points, and the Paris CAC 40 gained 0.5 percent to 5,243.53 compared with the close on Thursday.
