Bollywood action hero recently attended his long lost ex fling’s movie screening minus his wife Twinkle Khanna.

The new movie called “Mirror Games” screening was brought to light with the star power of Akshay Kumar attendance, the movie stars some local talent but not any superstar. Akshay Kumar came to the event to show support for his friend Pooja Batra who stars in the movie and used to date the actor in early 90’s.

The National Award Winner didn’t stay long enough t watch the movie but came to highlight the movie’s event. The movie is directed by Vijit Sharma and revolves around a psychology professor in New Jersey.

According to hindustantimes.com, the actor’s wife was also suppose to accompany him at the event but couldn’t due to her prior commitments, “Akshay’s wife Twinkle was also supposed to join him and be at the screening, but since she had to travel, she could not make it there. Akshay dropped Twinkle at the airport and stopped by at the screening. He didn’t watch the film but was there only for a couple of minutes,” says a source.

Nowadays celebrity’s exes like Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif or Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor tend to ignore each other, seeing Akshay support Pooja is a pleasant sight to witness.
