BUCHAREST: Romania sold a planned 600 million lei ($140.22 million) worth of new five-year treasury bonds on Monday, with the average accepted yield at 3.00 percent, central bank data showed.

In October, debt managers sold a 53-month residual maturity paper, series RO1521DBN041 at an average yield of 2.14 percent.

So far this year, the finance ministry has sold roughly 8.27 billion lei worth of domestic debt.
