BUCHAREST: Romania sold a planned 700 million lei ($162.93 million) worth of Feb. 2019 treasury bonds on Thursday, with the average accepted yield at 1.59 percent, central bank data showed.

Debt managers last sold the paper in January at an average yield of 1.38 percent. It rejected all bids at a similar tender in early February.

So far this year, the finance ministry has sold roughly 7.57 billion lei worth of domestic debt.
