Egypt's five-year bond yield drops, 10-year yield rises at auction

CAIRO: Egypt sold five-year treasury bonds at a slightly lower yield on Monday than at the previous sale, while the 10-year yield rose at the same auction, data from the central bank showed.

The average yield on the five-year bond fell to 17.478 percent from an average of 17.542 percent at the previous auction.

The average yield on the 10-year bond rose to 17.345 percent from 17.529 percent when it was last sold.
