Published Updated

Taking note of remarks passed by JUI-F senator Azam Swati regarding defeat to Nato in Afghanistan and Taliban's success against them, the Chairman Senate expunged the remarks.

Earlier, speaking on a point of order Swati said it seems that Taliban would form government in Afghanistan as they were defeating the Nato and Isaf.

Referring to a recent statement of Afghan President Hamid Karazi, he said that the statement reflects that Karazi has realized the defeat of Nato in Afghanistan.

Reacting stringing against the statement of Swati, ANP leader Haji Adeel and Zahid Khan said that the member should not have to raise the matters of neighbouring countries in the House.

They said that it would result in blame game from both sides, adding that the statement of Hamid Karazi is his personal opinion and must not be discussed.

They said that the government of Pakistan should have to ensure that the country's soil should not be used by any force against country.

Abdul Rahim Mandokhel condemned the drone attacks and said that Pakistan should concentrate on elimination of terrorism and extremisms in all its forms and manifestation.
