He further stated that government had directed State Bank of Pakistan to formulate a policy to extend loan facilities to the jewellers so that gold exports could be accelerated.
"Government's incentives to exporters and ideas for export promotion of jewellery are essential to face competition in world market," he stressed.
Khan said that the Export Promotion Bureau should promote and project Pakistan-made jewellery, and take serious initiative to fund some of major international exhibitions, particularly in the USA, UK, Italy and Spain the largest buyers of Finished jewellery.

He is recipient of FPCCI "Businessmen of the Year" in 2001-02 in social welfare and award gold medal by President of President, as well as FPCCI "Special Merit Trophy Award" for years 2000-01, 2001-02, 2002-03 & 2006 for highest export of branded gold jewellery.
