Rice export revenue in the first 10 months jumped 17.3 percent from the same period of 2010 to an estimated $3.22 billion, the government's General Statistics Office said in its monthly report. Last Thursday, Vietnam trimmed its rice export forecast for this year to more than 7 million tonnes from an initial projection of up to 7.5 million tonnes, but said floods did not affect production.
