Italy-Germany 10-yr bond yield hits new high since Oct. 2014

MILAN: The yield spread between Italian 10-year bonds and German Bunds rose to a new high since October 2014 on Friday, reaching 190 basis points as investors turned to top-rated assets such as German bonds.

Short-dated German government bond yields set a new record low and were on track for their biggest two-week fall in more than three years on Friday.
