DHO Killa Abdullah Dr Freed Ahmad Sumalani told APP on Sunday that polio campaign would be launched across the district. During three days campaign of anti-polio drops would be administered to about 145,000 children below the age of five years.
In this regard 323 health teams have been formed in the district.
DHO said that 17 cases of polio have been detected in the district, adding that their parents had denied administering of ant-polio drops to their children.
