"Abdel Jalil will come out today or at the latest tomorrow to declare the liberation of the country and to give details about the killing of Qadhafi," said the number two in the National Transitional Council.
"With the confirmation that all the evil people, including Qadhafi, have vanished from this beloved country ... it is time for Libyans to start a new country, a united Libya, one people with one future."
