Eight special trains for Eid; first leaves on Saturday

LAHORE: Pakistan Railways would operate 8 special trains for Eid-ul-Azha, with the first one scheduled to leave from Karachi for Peshawer on Saturday to meet extraordinary rush as people want to reach their native towns ahead of Eid.

According to a Spokesman for Pakistan Railways, second Eid train would leave from Quetta for Rawalpindi, on September 10 (Saturday), third train will leave for Lahore from Karachi Cantt on September 11 (Sunday).

Fourth train will arrive at Lahore from Rawalpindi on September 12, fifth will leave for Rawalpindi from Lahore the same day, sixth will leave from Peshawer Cantt for Karachi on September 17, seventh one will leave from Rawalpindi for Quetta, whereas eighth Eid train will leave for Karachi from Lahore the same day.
