Over 2,500 Hujjaj proceed to perform Hajj

A total number of 60,480 Hujjaj (32,012 from Government scheme and 28,468 from private scheme) have reached Saudia Arabia by October 11.

Meanwhile, the complaint center set up by the Ministry of Hajj to address grievances of Hujjaj have so far received 300 complaints citing various problems being faced by Hujjaj.

The center was set up with an aim to timely listen complaints of Hujjaj and to facilitate them in the performance of religious obligation of Hajj.

According to a press release issued here, the complaints of various nature were lodged including lost of luggage, lost of pilgrims, accommodation and buildings and all complaints were attended and redressed at the earliest possible.

Similarly, Hajj Medical Mission's Hospital in Makkah-tul-Mukkramah and Madinatul Munawwarah are working efficiently to provide medical facilities to pilgrims.

Free medical dispensaries have also been established and working round the clock since start of Hajj Operation and 3500 pilgrims have been treated for various diseases.
