LSE index gains 6.04 points

The market's overall situation also corresponded to an upward trend as it remained at 4.104 million shares to close against previous turnover of 3.361 million shares, showing a difference of 743,119 shares. While, out of the total 104 active scrips 18 moved up, 59 remained equal and 27 shed values.

National Refinery Limited, Pakistan Oil Fields Limited and Attock Refinery Limited were Major Gainer of the day by recording increase in their per share value by Rs11.14, Rs7.22 and Rs5.49 respectively.

Millat Tractors Limited, Pakistan State Oil Company Limited and MCB Bank Limited lost their per share value by Rs4.50, Rs4.40 and Rs3.29 respectively.

The Volume Leader of the day included Fatima Fertilizer Company with turnover of 1.153 million shares, Lotte Pakistan PTA Limited with 620,701 and Arif Habib Corporation with 531,710 shares.
