MUZAFFARABAD: Syed Shaukat Ali Shah of Pakistan Muslim League (N) won seat for Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly constituency LA-38, Kashmir Valley (3) by securing 1082 votes against candidate of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, S. Muhammad Shah who got 657 votes.
