Member of Cotton Brokers and Advisory Committee Amir Naseem said that price has improved on an average by Rs200 per maund.

However, spot rates of Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) remained stable at Rs6,300 per maund, he added.

Amir said phutti was selling between Rs2,300 to 2,800 per for 40 kg while binola at Rs800 to Rs950 per maund in Sindh.

In Punjab, cotton was traded between Rs6,200 to Rs6,500 per maund, phutti at Rs2,200 to Rs3,100 per 40 kg while binola at Rs900 to Rs1050 per maund.
