LPG price reduces by Rs12 per kg
According to the Chairman of LPG Distributors Association Irfan Khokhar, fearing newly formed LPG policy of the government, all LPG producers have reduced its price by Rs11,700 per metric ton and it has cut Rs140 in the cost of domestic cylinder and Rs540 in commercial cylinder, reported a private news channel.
Khokhar added that now LPG price in Karachi has come down to Rs93 per kg while in Lahore, Gujrat, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Jhang it will cost Rs98 per kg.
After this reduction, the new price of LPG in Islamabad has been fixed at Rs108 per kg, in Rawalpindi and Islamabad Rs118, in Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur and Multan Rs108, while in Gilgit Baltistan and FATA Rs128 per kg.
The new price of LPG has been implemented across the country from Thursday.
