The port's bulk liquid cargoes are mostly fuel oil products from Russia and accounted for 72.8 percent of the goods handled by the port in first nine months of 2011, the port said in a statement. Total cargo handled by the port in the first nine months of 2011 was 27.5 million tonnes, a 0.8 percent increase year-on-year. Estonia's Port of Tallinn handled 25.7 million tonnes of mostly Russian oil products in 2010.
