Russia to cut oil exports to Belarus to 3.5mn T in Q3

MOSCOW: Third-quarter Russian oil supplies to Belarus will decline to 3.5 million tonnes from 5.75 million tonnes in the previous three months, a preliminary schedule showed on Thursday.

Supplies of Urals from the Baltic Sea ports are seen rising to 21.4 million tonnes in the third quarter from 19.9 million scheduled for the current quarter.

Exports of oil from the Baltic Sea port of Novorossiisk in July-September will total 7.6 million tonnes, slightly up from 7.5 million tonnes in the second quarter.
