Davis, 36, was arrested by Douglas County Sheriff's deputies on misdemeanour charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after the incident outside an Einstein Bagels at the Town Centre in Highlands Ranch, according to a report in The Denver Post. Davis was released on Saturday after posting a $1,750 bond. In Saturday's incident Davis had been arguing with a 50-year-old man about the parking space when things turned physical. Reports said the injured man was treated and released at the scene and Davis is scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
