504,000 metric ton wheat to be procured in division

The distribution of gunny bags among farmers will start from April 15 and for this purpose 38 procurement centers have been set up in the division. This was stated by Director Food Punjab Asif Bilal Lodhi in a meeting held to review wheat procurement arrangements here Wednesday.

He said 149,000 metric ton wheat would be procured in district Faisalabad, 197,000 metric ton in Jhang, 58000 metric ton in Chiniot and 100,000 metric ton in Toba Tek Singh.
