Balochistan coast cater to civilians' needs

He was addressing the inaugural ceremony of state of the art PN Darman Jah Hospital at Ormara.

Earlier, he inaugurated the PN Darman Jah Hospital by unveiling a plaque.

Admiral Noman Bashir said there is a need to diversify the activities of the Pakistan Navy at Ormara and Makran on account of the operational requirements of these coastal areas.

Speaking about hospital, he said PN Darman Jah is fully equipped and modern hospital which would provide indiscriminate medical treatment to Navy personnel and civilians.

Expressing pleasure on inauguration of the hospital at Ormara, he said this is service to humanity because the hospital would provide treatment to the people.

Admiral Noman Bashir said a school is also being contructed by the Pakistan Navy at Ormara.

He said he would also direct that at the utility marts of Pakistan Navy should also provide essential commodities to the people at subsidized rates.

Addressing the ceremony, Commander Coast, Tayyab Ali Dogar, said the sectors of health and education are being given attention.

He said PN Darman Jah Hospital is a 25-bed which would be upgraded to 100-bed in next three years.

He also expressed gratitude to the Naval Headquarters for its support in execution of the project of hospital.

Among other notables, Commanding Officer PN Darman Jah, Surgeon Hassan Ibrahim, Commander Jinnah Naval Base at Ormara, Captain Adnan Jan Baloch and other notables were also present on the occasion.
