The bench comprising Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Salman Hamid after initial hearing of the four appeals of seven convicts against the judgement of Anti-Terrorism Court allowed the appeals for hearing and issued notice to the prosecutor General Sindh.

It may be mentioned here that the ATC headed by Judge Bashir Ahmed Khoso had awarded death sentence to accused Shahid Zafar and life term to six co-accused in Sarfraz Shah murder case on August 12.
