ECP nominates Judges to decide appeals about PK 93 by polls

ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan on Friday nominated Judges of Peshawar High Court with the approval of President Mamnoon Hussain,as appellate tribunal for disposal of appeals in by-election in constituency PK-93 Upper Dir-III.

The tribunal would decide appeals of the candidates against returning officer decisions about nomination of papers.

The appeals can be filed to Justice Syed Afsar Shah and Justice Haider Ali Khan.
