Romania sells planned 300mn lei of Nov. 2018 bonds

BUCHAREST: Romania sold a planned 300 million lei ($73.89 million) worth of November 2018 treasury bonds on Thursday, with the average accepted yield at 2.27 percent, central bank data showed.

Debt managers last sold the issue, which has a residual maturity of roughly 3.5 years, in July of last year at an average yield of 3.10 percent. They sold January 2018 bonds earlier this month at an average yield of 2.15 percent.

So far this year, Romania has sold roughly 19.3 billion lei worth of domestic bills and bonds.
