ISLAMABAD: The President has approved the Prime Minister's advice for nomination of the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of appeals against the decisions of Returning Officer rejecting/accepting nomination papers for Bye-Election to the National Assembly Constituency Number NA-19 Haripur.
The Appellate Tribunal consists of Justice Lal Jan Khattak and Justice Qalandar Ali Khan of the Peshawar High Court.
