He said that merit is the top priority as the whole procedure is computerized and all new connections are provided in sequence to the applicants.
He said SNGPL has introduced a uniform phone No. 1199 for registration of complaints to provide better services to consumers.
He said that SNGPL is also upgrading the skills of emergency attending teams through equipping them with proper training so that they can handle the consumer's complaints with prompt attention.
