The delegation laid a floral wreath at the shrine on behalf of MQM chief Altaf Hussain, said a statement issued on Monday evening.
The delegation also prayed for peace and stability in Pakistan as well as for long life and health of their party's chief.
Joint Incharge Khairpur Zone, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, members Zonal Committee and other notables were also present.
