ISE-10 index stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange here on Thursday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 57.27 points and closed at 3931.12 points.

A total of 40,700 shares were traded, which were down by 29,900 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 10,800 shares.

Out of 158 companies, share prices of 41 companies recorded increase while share prices of 117 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in trading.

The share price of Honda Atlas Car, increased by Rs. 10.15 per share while the share prices of Muree Brewery decreased by Rs.44.39 per share.

PIA, Lafrage Pakistan Cement,K- Electric remained the top trading companies on Thursday's trading with 20,000,10,000 and 5,000 shares respectively.
