During his visit, he saw the police and pickets of Rangers at various areas including Surjani town covering Banaras, Kati Parhi, Gulshan Maymar, Taiser Town and other western troubled areas of the city.
He further observed that normalcy was being restored as witnessed by him with the movement of public in busy markets for shopping to get ready for 'Iftaar'.
Later, his helicopter also landed at Surjani Town where he was given a rousing welcome by the people of the area and adjoining localities in large number.
The people along with the Minister chanted slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad'.
The Minister was also accompanied by the Sindh Home Minister Manzoor Wassan.
