Illegal gas connections disconnected

LAHORE: Task force of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) during raids at Sannt Nagar and Amir road, Shadbagh disconnected two commercial connections and seized meters used for gas pilferage on Thursday.

According to task force's head Choudhry Sharafat Ali, gas was being supplied to two shops through by-pass connections.

He said, cases have been referred to police concerned for the registration of cases under Gas Pilferage Act.
