Brisa which operates more than half of Portugal's paid highways, said net profit total 57.3 million euros ($81.84 million), coming in slightly below market expectations.

Operating revenues rose 2.2 percent to 323.7 million euros, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) slipped 1.2 percent to 221.8 million euros.
