ATHENS: Greece will sell 1 billion euros ($1.25 billion) of three-month treasury bills on December 17 to refinance a maturing issue, as part of its regular monthly auctions, the country's debt agency PDMA said on Friday.

The settlement date will be December 19. Only primary dealers will be allowed to participate and no commission will be paid.

Greece sold 1.6 billion euros of three-month treasury bills on Wednesday over its regular monthly auction.

Athens has a stock of about 15 billion euros of T-bills that it regularly refinances.
