Vietnam's Nov crude oil output rises 11.2pc y/y

HANOI: Vietnam's crude oil production in November is estimated at 1.43 million tonnes, or 349,000 barrels per day, up 11.2 percent from a year earlier, the government said on Thursday.

The output this month brought Vietnam's production in the first 11 months of 2014 to 14.1 million tonnes, up 1.7 percent from the same period last year, the General Statistics Office said in its monthly report.

The actual output in October was revised higher to 1.37 million tonnes from an initial estimate of 1.26 million tonnes, but it was a 6.2 percent drop from October 2013, the office said.

The following table updates production figures for Vietnam's key energy items this month and targets for 2014.
