Banking Court refuses to hear NICL case

LAHORE : The Banking court's judge Malik Abdul Rasheed refused to hear NICL case and sent it to Chief Justice of Lahore

When banking court's judge started questions about accounts of Moonis Elahi to his manager, Abdul Malik, the counsels said that Abdul Malik would not reply the questions. Justice Abdul Rasheed asked Moonis's manager Abdul Malik to record his statement but he refused, while the counsel of Moonis stressed that the court should focus on the application of acquittal rather than recording statements.

The judge said that under these circumstances he is unable to conduct hearing. Judge Abdul Rasheed has referred the case to Chief Justice of Lahore High Court.
