Mauritius 273-day Treasury bills yield falls to 2.19pc

PORT LOUIS: The weighted average yield on Mauritius' 273-day Treasury bills fell to 2.19 percent on Friday from 2.56 percent at the previous sale, the central bank said.

The Bank of Mauritius sold all the 500 million Mauritius rupees ($16.75 million) worth of bills on offer. It received bids worth 2.18 billion rupees at yields ranging from 2.58 percent to 2.15 percent.
