Wen starts tour in Europe

Wen is expected to land in Budapest around mid-day, with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban welcoming the guest.
After a visit that lasts until Saturday, Wen moves to London and Berlin before he returns to China on Tuesday night.
Nine months after a round trip to Greece, Italy and Turkey, he returned to Europe with a promise to support the region's beleaguered economies.
"China's government has adopted a series of positive measures such as increasing its holdings of euro bonds and promoting its economic cooperation and investment in Europe as to support the European countries tide over the current crisis," said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei on Tuesday.
