The central bank received total bids of $134.5 million and the bank had hoped to raise $100 million.

"Of the bids received, the Government decided to accept $103.5 million in 3-year maturity and $23 million in 4 year maturity at the market determined rates of US Dollar 6 month LIBOR 365 basis points and 6 month LIBOR 375 basis points respectively," the central bank said in a statement.

The US Dollar 6 month LIBOR rate was 0.39 percent on Tuesday, the central bank said.
