According to the Levies Force, unidentified men had attached explosive device with gas pipeline which detonated. The blast damaged 16 inch diameter gas pipeline from the well No 28 to 40 and disruption gas supply.
Personnel of law enforcement agency reached the site and cordoned of the area and started efforts to trace them.
