LJUBLJANA: Slovenia's Banka Celje plans to issue a five-year bond of up to 50 million euros ($68.7 million), the bank said on Tuesday.

It said the bond would carry a fixed interest rate of 5 percent and be offered to investors in a private placement. The bond will be listed on the Ljubljana bourse. ($1=.7282 Euro)
