ISE stays bearish

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) Tuesday witnessed a bearish trend as the ISE-10 Index was down by 34.1 points to close at 4633.88 points.

A total of 402,000 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 68,500 shares when compared to previous day's trading of 470,500 shares.

Out of 153 companies, share prices of 39 recorded increase while those of 114 companies decreased.

The share price of Murree Brewery increased by Rs 22.7 while that of Pakistan Mitchells Fruit Farma decreased by Rs 20 per share.

Lafrage Pakistan Cement, Fauji Cement and P.T.C.L remained the top trading companies with 255,000, 100,000 and 20,000 shares respectively.
