FESCO recovers Rs165mn from defaulters

FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) with the help of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has succeeded in recovering Rs. 165 million from 96 major defaulters.

A spokesman for the FESCO told here on Thursday that the NAB helped the company to recover Rs. 165 million from 96 defaulters whereas recovery of Rs. 432 million is also expected in future.

NAB Director General Punjab Hasnain Raza handed over a cheque of Rs 165 million to Chief Executive Fesco Dr. Rana Abdul Jabbar during a formal meeting held at NAB Headquarter, the spokesman added.
