Sharing details of the ongoing campaign against profiteers in the city, they said violators from North Nazimabad, New Karachi, SITE Area, Orangi, Jamshed Town, Garden Town, Airport area and Gulberg on Monday were also fined of Rs 2,67,700 for violating official price list.
They included 18 milk sellers, seven fruit sellers, seven green grocers, nine grocers, 80 chicken sellers and 11 flour millers.
