Monetary policy on Saturday

KARACHI : The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) will announce its monetary policy here on Saturday for the next two months.

SBP Governor Shahid Kardar will preside over the meeting of Board of Directors at the central bank to deliberate and finalise the policy in the morning before its announcement, a spokesman of SBP said here on Friday.

The SBP last announced its policy on March 26 and kept the rate unchanged at 14 percent.
