Berth occupancy was maintained at 78 percent at the Port on Saturday where a total ten ships namely M.v KPS-I Alican BEY- Powership, M.V Dong Jin Hai (Dredger), M.V Ellenas Borg, M.V CMB Coralie, M.V APL Oman, M.V MSC Kerry, M.T Maritimesuzana, M.V AL Naser, M.T Karachi, M.T GAS Chem Adriatic, M.V Lito, are currently occupying berths to load/offload, containers, cement, project cargo, palm oil, ethylene, sunflower seed.
Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the Port where a cargo volume 48116 tonnes comprising 27186 tonnes import, 20930 tonnes export and (1734) Tues was handled at the Port during last 24 hours.
M.V APL Oman sailed on Friday afternoon M.V AL Naser, M.V Kerry sailed on Saturday morning.
M.V MSC Clementina at QICT, M.V Star Epsilon at MW-II, arrival on 23th November, 2013 as per arrival schedule.
