China finance ministry to auction 28bn yuan 1-year bills

SHANGHAI: China's Ministry of Finance said on Wednesday that it will auction 28 billion yuan ($4.60 billion) in one-year government bills on Oct. 30.

After the auction, the bonds will be issued from Oct. 31 to Nov. 4 and begin secondary market trading on Nov. 6.
