Mauritius 364-day Treasury bill yield rises to 3.07pc

PORT LOUIS: The weighted average yield on Mauritius' 364-day Treasury bills rose to 3.07 percent at auction on Friday from 2.96 percent at the previous sale, the central bank said.

The Bank of Mauritius accepted bids for all the 600 million Mauritius rupees ($19.26 million) worth of debt on offer.

Bids totalled 850 million rupees at rates ranging from 4.50 to 2.95 percent. The bank rate posted was 2.79 percent.
