KARACHI: Two ships arrived at Port Qasim to off load palm oil at LCT and containers on Friday.

Berth occupancy was maintained at 71% at the Port on Friday where a total of Ten ships namely M.V KPS-I Alican Bey - Power ship, M.V Vindo Nissa, M.V Faith, M.V Kerstin-S, M.V MSC Kerry, M.V Allaince ST. Lous, Alsoor-II, M.T Golden Ambrosia, M.T Norgas Challenger, M.V Pearl of Jebal Ali are currently occupying berths to load/offload cement, containers, diesel oil, palm oil, iron ore, V.C.M.

Cargo handling operations were carried out smoothly at the port where a cargo volume 46451 tonnes comprising 16575 tonnes import 29878 tonnes export, 1772 (TUEs) was handled at the Port During last 24 hours.

M.T Al Soor II, M.V Kerstin-S sailed on Friday afternoon, and M.T Norgas Challenger, M.V Allaince S.T Lous sailed at Saturday morning.

M.T Quetta at FOTCO, M.T Stolt Zulu at M-W-1 President Jakson at QICT arrived on Saturday.
