Turkish central bank sells $150mn in forex auction

ISTANBUL: The Turkish central bank sold $150 million in a forex-selling auction on Monday and received bids of $374 million, bank data showed.

The average price was 1.9229, and the lowest price was 1.9226. The bank said a week ago it would hold one-off forex auctions of at least $150 million on days when it provides lira funding at its policy rate.
