DAKAR: The Monetary Policy Committee of the eight-nation West African franc zone central bank BCEAO, kept its prime lending rate unchanged at 2.75 percent, the governor of the bank said on Wednesday.
The bank cut the rate by 25 basis points from 3 percent in its last meeting in March.
